💖 Ritzyque Returns & Exchanges Policy

If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help you find a solution that leaves you smiling.

 

💌 Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, please email us at support@ritzyque.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the next steps (and a little virtual hug 🤍).

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags still attached.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.

 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Because of hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on:

• Earrings and other jewelry
• Intimates or bodysuits
• Accessories marked as final sale

If an item was damaged or defective when it arrived, please reach out within 7 days of delivery — we’ll fix it right away! 💕

 

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem!

Simply email support@ritzyque.com with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange.

We’ll check availability and guide you through the easy exchange process.

If your preferred item isn’t in stock, we can offer a store credit or refund (your choice!)

 

💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method — please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear on your account.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.

 

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

We always recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can keep an eye on your return.
